Storm Search is supporting a client with a direct hire search for a CNC Operator in Cambridge Springs, PA.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC hand and automated load lathes.
• Maintain productivity (85%+) and quality (98%+).
• Perform basic troubleshooting and enter machine offsets.
• Verify gauges and follow SPC practices.
• Ensure products meet quality and customer standards.
• Follow TS/IATF procedures, 5S practices, and company policies.
• Record daily production and scrap.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNC/machining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean practices a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
