1st Shift 
$70,000-$85,000/Year PLUS bonus

EHS Specialist Job Description
  • Follow all company safety rules, safe work practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating safe, professional behavior at all times.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of the company’s quality systems.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Support leadership in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Help ensure Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies comply with regulations and company standards.
  • Identify workplace risks and work with teams to reduce or eliminate hazards.
  • Manage emergency procedures, including training and audits to ensure readiness.
  • Track, monitor, and report EHS performance metrics.
  • Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, document findings, and report as required.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in occupational safety, environmental science or a closely related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and on-the-job training or experience.
