Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift

On-site | 3rd Shift: Midnight – 8:00 AM
Salary: $94,000–$110,000 + $5,000 annual 3rd-shift differential + quarterly bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise ~20 maintenance employees on 3rd shift

• Maintain strong floor presence (75–80%)

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and melt shop equipment maintenance

• Manage preventive maintenance and reliability improvement programs

• Support major equipment installations (furnaces, rebuilds, upgrades)

• Troubleshoot unplanned downtime and drive corrective actions

• Ensure spare parts availability and maintain equipment documentation

• Enforce safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 6+ years in industrial manufacturing

• Supervisory experience required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills

• Experience in heavy manufacturing or metals environments preferred

• Electrical (480V), TIG/MIG welding, rigging experience a plus

• Willing to work weekends/holidays as part of management rotation
