Industrial Maintenance Technician
Shift: 2nd shift 

Pay: $26-$32/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on packaging and processing equipment, machinery, HVAC, and building systems.

• Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, NFPA 70E, Arc Flash, and OSHA standards.

• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and daily checklists to ensure smooth operations.

• Lubricate machinery, replace belts, filters, bearings, seals, and work on piping, motors, drives, and pumps.

• Perform welding, fabrication, and use tools to make or repair parts.

• Assist with major equipment overhauls and general plant maintenance, including safety checks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.

• 1–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production.

• Mechanical aptitude, basic math, and ability to use gauges and measuring tools.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
