Shop Foreman – Scott City, KS - 1st shift

Pay Range: $65,000–$75,000 base salary + quarterly performance incentives
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Every other Saturday (April–October): 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• No regular Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate daily work for service technicians based on skill level and workload

• Support technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment

• Review repair orders for accuracy, labor, parts usage, and completion

• Assist with warranty processing and service documentation

• Inspect, maintain, and recommend shop tools and equipment

• Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

• Coordinate technician training and assist with safety meetings

• Support reconditioning of used equipment and setup of new equipment

• Address customer concerns and communicate issues to service leadership

• Provide performance feedback and mentoring to technicians

• Step in for Service Manager duties when needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years of hands-on agricultural equipment or ag diesel experience

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Working knowledge of CAN bus systems and equipment diagnostics

• Ability to lead, coach, and support technicians

• Comfortable working with repair orders, schedules, and documentation

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, service systems)

• Valid driver’s license

Supervisory experience is preferred, but strong technical experience is more important than formal management experience.
