Pay: $60,000–$80,000 base salary + monthly bonus (averages ~20%)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (some flexibility)
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for production and new product launches
Serve as primary support for all CNC programming and fixturing-related issues
Program and support CNC mills and lathes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and repeatability
Optimize cycle times, tooling usage, and overall machining efficiency
Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and components
Design and improve fixturing and tooling for new and existing products
Support robotic welding systems (manual and robotic welding knowledge preferred)
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues and implement countermeasures
Work closely with engineering, maintenance, operators, and quality teams
Read and interpret GD&T, blueprints, and 3D models
Lead and support safety initiatives on the shop floor
Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
5–10 years of CNC programming experience (open to strong candidates with less experience)
Strong knowledge of G-Code and Mazatrol
Experience programming CNC mills and lathes
CAD/CAM experience with Solid Edge (SolidWorks exposure a plus)
Ability to read and interpret 3D models and GD&T
