Pay: $26–$28/hr
Schedule: 4×10s
Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance using a CMMS system
Respond to emergency and unscheduled repairs for facility and production support equipment
Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems, including discharge cycles and required documentation
Conduct routine inspections (fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, ladders, spill kits, sprinkler systems, etc.)
Perform boiler blowdowns, conductivity testing, and required recordkeeping
Maintain spare parts inventory for critical facility processes
Coordinate with vendors and contractors; obtain quotes and manage service work
Perform basic facilities work including painting, cleaning, floor scrubbing, and general upkeep
Safely operate forklifts and assist with rigging and lifting as needed
Perform end-of-shift shutdown activities (compressors, securing facility access points, etc.)
Support safety, environmental, and quality compliance initiatives
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining individual accountability
5–8 years of facilities or industrial maintenance experience
Wastewater treatment experience (required)
High School Diploma or GED
OSHA 10 (General Industry)
DOT Hazardous Waste Training
RCRA Training
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
Strong plumbing and carpentry repair skills
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
CMMS experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
