Maintenance Supervisor - 1st shift 
$70,000-$85,000/ year

Maintenance Supervisor Description:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality performance.

• Partner with the Maintenance Administrator to assign work orders and responsibilities based on operational priorities and individual skill sets.

• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and training to promote continuous improvement and strict adherence to safety standards.

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and facility equipment to proactively identify maintenance needs and potential failures.

• Execute and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and quality teams to minimize operational disruptions
  
  

Requirements

• 2 or more years in maintenance operatons/leadership role
• Strong mechanical/electrical repair knowledge
• High School Diploma OR GED
