We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Glen Mills, PA.

Pay & Compensation

• PAY: $31/HR-40.85/HR

• 6PM-6:30AM

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 total

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and PLC-controlled systems

• Respond quickly to line stoppages and restore production

• Conduct root-cause analysis on equipment breakdowns

• Complete preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime

• Inspect, assemble, disassemble, and repair industrial machinery

• Operate repaired equipment to verify functionality

• Document all work in CMMS

• Collaborate with production and other departments

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience

• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required

• PLC experience required

• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals

• Strong math and problem-solving skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• CMMS EXPERINCE REQUIRED
