Job Description

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electrical equipment, circuits, and components.

• Perform calibrations and adjustments following approved procedures.

• Conduct functional testing on repaired boards and parts to ensure proper operation.

• Use a CMMS system to manage work orders, PMs, inspections, and inventory.

• Tag and track critical spare parts, documenting repair and test status.

• Plan and coordinate installation of new plant equipment.

• Install and wire control circuitry (motor, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.).

• Document all repairs, services, and calibrations in the CMMS.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.

• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies; request and order materials as needed.

• Recommend equipment modifications to improve reliability and productivity.

• High school diploma or GED required; a 2-year ElectroMechanical or Electrical degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Electromechanical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong understanding of motor control circuits and basic knowledge of PLCs.

• Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
