Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electrical equipment, circuits, and components.
Perform calibrations and adjustments following approved procedures.
Conduct functional testing on repaired boards and parts to ensure proper operation.
Use a CMMS system to manage work orders, PMs, inspections, and inventory.
Tag and track critical spare parts, documenting repair and test status.
Plan and coordinate installation of new plant equipment.
Install and wire control circuitry (motor, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.).
Document all repairs, services, and calibrations in the CMMS.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
Maintain inventory of parts and supplies; request and order materials as needed.
Recommend equipment modifications to improve reliability and productivity.
High school diploma or GED required; a 2-year ElectroMechanical or Electrical degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Electromechanical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of motor control circuits and basic knowledge of PLCs.
Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
