Manage and verify all setup, work order, and material changeovers and cavitation block activities.
Lead shift staff by providing coaching, direction, performance management, and support through daily meetings.
Create and distribute shift notes summarizing daily performance, issues, and execution plans.
Ensure employees use required PPE and follow all safety procedures. Report all incidents and near misses in the Clarity system.
Run production reports, downtime, cycle times, regrind, and schedule adherence.
Conduct shift start/end walk-throughs with other supervisors to ensure clear communication and proper handoff conditions.
Complete daily Layered Process Audits using the OGP Audit app.
Review and sign off on product quality, production accuracy, and process compliance.
Manage employee time and attendance, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and development plans.
Support onboarding and ensure new employees receive effective training and complete required documentation.
Verify that team members complete box, bag, and water checks correctly.
Assist with troubleshooting equipment alarms and supporting cell members with machine issues.
Maintain general housekeeping and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing (preferred).
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and insurance.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
