Key Responsibilities
• Deliver EHS training and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Maintain EMS and support ISO 14001/45001 audits and documentation
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Conduct environmental testing (air, water, stormwater) and track sustainability metrics
• Perform risk assessments, manage SDS/chemical inventory, and support emergency response plans
• Lead daily safety walks, manage the Cority incident system, and support safety committee meetings
• Partner with operations to drive safety improvements and strengthen safety culture
• 50% on the production floor
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001 and EMS programs
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
