What You’ll Do

• Design and execute test plans to validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes
• Evaluate functionality, performance, reliability, stability & integration with other systems
• Document test results and communicate defects and insights to development teams
• Track issue resolution and support continuous improvement
• Ensure final deliverables meet business requirements and end-user expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality and testing processes
• Manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or another STEM field
• 3–5 years of experience in software QA/test plan development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working understanding of Microsoft environments (Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Exposure to automation tools like Katalon
• Familiarity with developing repeatable testing processes
