Pay: $32–$40/hr+ with Shift Differentials
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd | Full-Time | Overtime Available
Hiring multiple E&I Technicians (Levels I & II) to support electrical, mechanical, and controls troubleshooting in a fast-paced production environment. Positions offer strong overtime, shift premiums, paid training, and advancement opportunities.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
Work with motor controls, VFDs, sensors, HMIs, conveyors, and automated equipment
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Support production and maintenance teams across multiple lines
Assist with equipment rebuilds, installations, and component replacements
Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
Complete work orders and daily shift reports
2+ years experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, or controls
Ability to read prints and troubleshoot effectively
Electrical aptitude
Comfortable working in cold environments (38–40°F; some 0°F areas)
Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift
$32–$40+/hr base pay
Shift differentials: +$1/hr (2nd), +$2/hr (3rd)
$3,000 sign-on bonus (paid in stages)
Overtime: 48–55 hours/week
Relocation assistance: $250/week for first 90 days
Tool reimbursement: $500/year
High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
Background check + drug test (initial panel includes THC)
Ability to lift 50–60 lbs, climb stairs, bend, crouch, and stand/walk most of the shift
Ability to work safely around automated equipment
