Production - Area Lead - Akron, OH
2nd Shift 
$20-$27/hr

• Guide and support team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain consistent performance.

• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to improve skills and foster a positive team environment.

• Present team performance updates and action plans during daily shift meetings and DDS reviews.

• Follow all standard operating procedures for setups, changeovers, production tasks, and end-of-day clean-up.

• Monitor product quality and make process or equipment adjustments as needed, including allergen-related changes.

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist team members in developing effective problem-solving 
  
  

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Experience leading a production team
• Continuous manufacturing experience 
• Food production experience required
