Field Service Technician – Cooling Towers & Heat Exchangers

Pay: $25–$35/hr + OT
Travel: Heavy (U.S. + occasional international)
Per Diem: Up to $59/day
Company Covers: Travel, lodging, tools, PPE
Screening: 9-panel drug test + background check

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair cooling towers and heat exchangers

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance

• Inspect equipment, identify failures, and recommend solutions

• Complete service reports and communicate findings

• Follow safety procedures and industry standards

• Work outdoors, in confined spaces, and at heights

• Travel for multi-week assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools

• 1+ year of mechanical, industrial, or HVAC experience (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with no major violations

• Ability to pass background check & drug test

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

• Comfortable traveling frequently and working in all weather
