Plant Maintenance Supervisor

We’re seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor in Clinton, NC. To lead Mechanics and Electricians in keeping our equipment safe, reliable, and efficient. You’ll oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Shift: 1st 2nd or 3rd

Pay: $89-100K
10% Bonus


What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance teams.

• Plan and schedule maintenance with Production.

• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs and track KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with safety and USDA regulations.

• Maintain records and support operational continuity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years in maintenance leadership.

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.

• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Preferred: Knowledge of refrigeration, boilers, PLCs, mechanical/electrical systems, TPM, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
