Maintenance Technician – 12-Hour Shifts (Days or Nights Available)

Pay: $23–$32 per hour (typical range $25–$30, top pay for strong plastics experience)
Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

• Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
  Both follow a 2-2-3 rotating schedule – work 3 days one week, 4 days the next (built-in overtime, 84 hours worked every two weeks and paid for 88).
  Training: 4 weeks on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

Job Duties:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding and secondary processing equipment

• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues

• Work with electrical panels, control systems, and PLC troubleshooting

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and motor controls

• Read and follow schematics, diagrams, and machine manuals

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support process improvement

• Maintain both production and facility systems

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background

• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints

• Experience with plastics, injection molding, or CNC equipment preferred

• Knowledge of chilled water or utility systems is a plus
