Maintenance Technician - Richfield, WI 
1st OR 3rd Shift
$28-$40/hr
($5,000 sign on bonus)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment.

• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on molding and related equipment following daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules.

• Set up and prepare machinery for production runs as needed.

• Perform routine calibration and adjustments on molding and auxiliary equipment.

• Respond promptly to maintenance issues or emergency repair requests during production hours.

• Accurately document all maintenance work and completed repairs.

• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders to identify maintenance needs.

• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

• Support troubleshooting and repair of auxiliary systems as required.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or completion of a technical program in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience (3–5 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair principles.

• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical diagrams.

• Basic understanding of PLCs, ladder logic, and control systems.
