Maintenance Manager – Industrial Maintenance & Leadership

Storm Search is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a direct hire role with a leading industrial manufacturer. This position offers an opportunity to lead a skilled maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, and promote a strong culture of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to maintenance staff in all areas of industrial maintenance.

• Supervise installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of production machinery and equipment.

• Oversee troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Manage CMMS scheduling, work orders, and asset reliability initiatives.

• Train, coach, and mentor team members to strengthen technical skills and promote safe work practices.

• Partner with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

• Coordinate vendor services, manage spare parts inventory, and support capital projects.

Qualifications

• Technical training, trade certification, or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Experience using CMMS software (MAXIMO preferred).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
