Job Description

Set-Up Technician - Milwaukee, WI - 1st/2nd Shift

• Location: Milwaukee, WI
• Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available (7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm)
• Pay: $22-$26/hour

• Install and connect molds on production presses, including proper water line setup.
• Remove molds and parts from previous jobs and prepare machines for the next production run.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and related equipment.
• Purge machines using the appropriate materials and shut down equipment correctly.
• Maintain proper routing and securing of water lines to prevent damage or leaks.
• Keep workstation clean and return tools and supplies to proper storage areas.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Communicate equipment or process issues to the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior mold setup or plastics processing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to complete training.
