Industrial Maintenance Technician – CNC Maintenance (Direct Hire – Hartford, WI)
Storm Search is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer in Hartford, WI.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC machines, CNC mills, and other industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Diagnose and correct CNC maintenance issues using precision measuring tools and diagnostic software.
- Calibrate and align CNC mill components for precision operation.
- Fabricate and install replacement parts to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate activities between shifts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to CNC maintenance and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of CNC maintenance experience required
- At least 5 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing CNC mills and other automated equipment
