Service Technician

1st shift
$28-$35/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems on agricultural and heavy machinery to ensure reliable performance.
• Evaluate equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and execute efficient repair solutions.
• Accurately complete service records, work orders, and documentation related to maintenance and repair activities.
• Organize daily workflow to align with production priorities and equipment service schedules.
• Continuously build technical expertise by participating in company-sponsored training and development programs.
• Ensure all tools, vehicles, and diagnostic equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment that supports efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to company and industry safety policies while operating or repairing machinery and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or Certification - Diesel Tech preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years' experience in service department operations.
