Job Description

Journeyman Industrial Electrician – 2nd or 3rd Shift

Pay: $35–$38 per hour
Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift (Full-Time, On-Site)

Job Duties:

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues by observing equipment operation

  • Diagnose causes of malfunction and identify worn or defective components

  • Disassemble and reassemble machinery to make repairs or replacements

  • Inspect and test parts for wear, damage, or fit using precision tools

  • Operate lathes, grinders, and drill presses to fabricate or repair parts as needed

  • Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments to prevent downtime

  • Install and modify electrical and mechanical components to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Valid Journeyman card (required)

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals

  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Safety-focused and dependable
