Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trade, and production roles across multiple facilities.
Partner with plant leadership and HR to anticipate staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies for ramp-ups and seasonal increases.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, employee referrals, and community outreach.
Manage 25–50 open requisitions at once while maintaining strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers for positions in assembly, machining, welding, maintenance, logistics, and quality.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future workforce needs.
Track hiring metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance recruiting speed and quality.
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial staffing.
Proven success managing high-volume, multi-location hiring.
Solid knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and job marketing strategies.
