Join a hands-on maintenance team that keeps regional aircraft flying safely and efficiently. We're hiring two full-time A&P Mechanics in Billings, Montana — 2nd shift (1 PM–9:30 PM) but train on 1st shift. If you’re looking for steady work, a tight-knit team, and flight benefits, this is it.
Pay: $27–$38/hour based on experience
Shifts: 2nd available
Schedule: Full-time with weekend rotations (2 consecutive days off)
Hours may adjust based on operational needs
Bi-weekly pay
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on 9-passenger aircraft and newer fleet models.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
Execute preventive maintenance programs and ensure FAA compliance.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Collaborate with team and supervisor (Ron Sears) on installations, rebuilds, and modifications.
Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – required
Valid driver’s license
Flexibility to work weekends and changing schedules
Must be able to pass background check, drug test, and fingerprinting
Hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Candidates with 402 aircraft experience highly preferred
Nice to Have:
Recent aviation program graduates or those with a few years of maintenance experience
Experience with turboprops, general aviation, or small commuter aircraft
Easy-going personality and strong teamwork skills
Small, close-knit maintenance team (7 total including supervisor)
