Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC and manual machining equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems including wiring, controls, sensors, and motor components.
Inspect, adjust, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical components, control instruments, and auxiliary equipment.
Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate repair records in CMMS.
Perform general facility and equipment maintenance (e.g., air compressors, building systems).
Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team priorities.
Be available for flexible hours, overtime, and on-call needs as required.
Adapt to new responsibilities, technologies, and company initiatives as assigned.
5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines.
Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with CNC controls and advanced machine operation highly preferred.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
Proficient with computers, CMMS systems, internet research, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to manage frequent interruptions and multiple deadlines.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, climb stairs, and work in a manufacturing environment.
