Job Description

We are looking for a Skilled CNC Maintenance Technician in Sherwood, OR.


Shift: Day Shift OR Weekend Shift
PAY:$50/HR


Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC and manual machining equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including wiring, controls, sensors, and motor components.

• Inspect, adjust, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical components, control instruments, and auxiliary equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate repair records in CMMS.

• Perform general facility and equipment maintenance (e.g., air compressors, building systems).

• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team priorities.

• Be available for flexible hours, overtime, and on-call needs as required.

• Adapt to new responsibilities, technologies, and company initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Experience with CNC controls and advanced machine operation highly preferred.

• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.

• Proficient with computers, CMMS systems, internet research, and basic Microsoft Office tools.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to manage frequent interruptions and multiple deadlines.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, climb stairs, and work in a manufacturing environment.
