Machine Maintenance Technician – Portland, OR – 1st Shift

Location: Portland, OR
Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Pay: $34–$45/hour

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC and manual mills, lathes, and related production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and service performed.
• Assist with general facility maintenance, including compressors and utilities.
• Follow all company and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support occasional overtime or on-call coverage as required.

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machine maintenance and repair experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls preferred.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• LME (Limited Maintenance Electrician) license preferred but not required.
