Job Description

• Shift: 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:15pm) or 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:15am), overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Pay: $28–$32/hour + overtime, up to $35/hour for highly experienced candidates

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding, extrusion, and injection molding equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
• Handle hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, pipe fitting, and minor welding or fabrication.
• Maintain and service air compressors, chillers, and other plant utilities.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustment, and reliability improvements to minimize downtime.
• Document work performed and communicate issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a high-volume plastics manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures.

• 3+ years of industrial or plastics maintenance experience required.
• Hands-on knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion machinery.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pipe fitting, welding, and fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug test (including THC) and background check.
