Process Engineer – Injection Molding and Process Optimization (Elbridge, NY)

• Pay: $100,000–$130,000 per year + up to 15% annual bonus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join a growing injection molding manufacturer in Elbridge, NY. This is a direct hire role for someone who enjoys hands-on process improvement, troubleshooting, and working with advanced molding and automation systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and improve production processes with plant and engineering teams

• Set up, adjust, and optimize injection molding equipment and automation systems

• Support tooling trials, new mold qualifications, and process debug

• Analyze production data and identify ways to reduce scrap, improve quality, and save costs

• Lead continuous improvement efforts across molding operations

• Train production and technical staff on best practices for mold setup and part quality

• Partner with tooling and engineering groups to solve process and equipment issues

• Help drive automation and efficiency initiatives within the plant

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably injection molding or plastics processing

• Strong troubleshooting and setup skills with molding equipment

• Knowledge of resins, tooling, and automation

• Experience using production data to identify and fix process issues

• Solid communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working independently and hands-on in a plant environment
