We’re hiring skilled Machine Maintenance Technicians to support production by keeping molding and manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on role for mechanically driven individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and seeing their work directly impact production uptime.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to prevent downtime.
Repair or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Calibrate and inspect equipment, screws, and safety systems to ensure reliability.
Support equipment installations, setups, and machine relocations as needed.
Respond quickly to production calls to keep machines running safely and efficiently.
Participate in continuous improvement and machine upgrade projects.
5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience working with injection molding machines or large industrial equipment preferred.
Able to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and troubleshoot control circuits.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
Basic computer proficiency for maintenance tracking and reporting.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment.
Pay: $24–$36/hour depending on experience (top performers up to $90K/year with overtime)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday (occasional OT available)
