Machine Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift | $24–$36/hr | Manufacturing | [Elbridge, NY]

We’re hiring skilled Machine Maintenance Technicians to support production by keeping molding and manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on role for mechanically driven individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and seeing their work directly impact production uptime.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

• Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to prevent downtime.

• Repair or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Calibrate and inspect equipment, screws, and safety systems to ensure reliability.

• Support equipment installations, setups, and machine relocations as needed.

• Respond quickly to production calls to keep machines running safely and efficiently.

• Participate in continuous improvement and machine upgrade projects.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Experience working with injection molding machines or large industrial equipment preferred.

• Able to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and troubleshoot control circuits.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.

• Basic computer proficiency for maintenance tracking and reporting.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment.

Pay and Shift

• Pay: $24–$36/hour depending on experience (top performers up to $90K/year with overtime)

• Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday (occasional OT available)
