The Director of Sales will lead the sales team and drive profitable growth across our markets. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on strategy, team development, and customer engagement — perfect for someone passionate about building strong teams and delivering results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire District Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve year-over-year growth.
• Coach, train, and develop team members with a focus on performance, goal setting, and accountability.
• Partner with leadership on sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with customers and actively engage in the field.
• Oversee accounts receivable, drive new business, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Recruit and retain high-performing sales talent.
• Support business planning processes and performance reviews.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of sales and/or management experience within the foodservice industry
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach effectively, and drive results.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Serve Safe certification within 90 days.
