Seeking a direct hire search for a Maintenance Technician in Akron, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment and building systems.
• Follow all maintenance SOPs and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
• Support and perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues involving electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong skills in both_ electrical and mechanical troubleshooting_.
• PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar), including programming or troubleshooting.
• Preventative maintenance experience.
