Pay: $27–$30/hr depending on experience (slightly higher considered for strong candidates)
Bonus: $1,500 new-hire bonus paid in three $500 installments (30 days, 90 days, 180 days)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd shift (mandatory overtime currently)
Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on production and building equipment
Support electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related maintenance
Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and document work completed
Respond to breakdowns and determine root cause of equipment failures
Read and interpret electrical schematics, prints, and manuals
Support production teams to ensure equipment uptime and product quality
Work in refrigerated or frozen areas when needed
Maintain tools, organize work areas, and keep equipment clean and safe
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical required)
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with motors, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics
PLC experience preferred (Allen-Bradley or Siemens – troubleshooting or programming)
Strong work history with demonstrated tenure (no job hoppers)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments
High school diploma or GED
Must provide your own tools
