Pay: $24–$36/hr + $2/hr shift differential
Bonus: Perfect Attendance Bonus – $1.50/hr
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Overtime: Expected (weekdays and weekends)
Perform machine changeovers and setups following work orders and safety procedures
Adjust robot pick points, timers, and automation settings
Load and modify robot programs after mold changes; create new programs when needed
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance following work instructions
Replace and align balance cylinders on robotic systems
Use a service laptop to adjust servo parameters, actuators, vision systems, and calibration settings
Minimize alarms, downtime, and scrap through root cause analysis and improvement suggestions
Work safely using hand tools, power tools, lifts, forklifts, and cranes
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams
Train on 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM) for a few weeks before moving to 3rd shift
High school diploma or GED required
Technical school, trade school, or automation-related coursework preferred
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfort working with automated equipment and robots
PLC exposure or basic knowledge is a plus
Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math
Strong communication skills
Must supply personal hand tools and toolbox
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, climb, kneel, and bend
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
