Plastics Injection Molding Process Technician - Jacksonville, AR

• Location: Jacksonville, AR
• Shift: Night shift, 6pm-6am (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Wed)
• Pay: $22-$28/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality checks and make necessary process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose molding and secondary equipment issues; perform minor repairs, including replacing sensors, swapping components, and servicing water units.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of injection molding machines, robotics, conveyors, dryers, grinders, and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct mold changes and assist with mold setup as required.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance machine reliability, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of injection molding process experience.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or on-call support as needed.
