Pay: $20–$22/hr + $1-2/hr shift differential
Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift, 2:42pm-11:12pm or 10:42 PM – 7:12 AM
Make sure all molding machines and automated systems are running to production standards
Complete mold, color, and material changeovers as needed
Review machine setups and confirm correct recipes, materials, and documentation
Troubleshoot molding and process issues and communicate findings
Monitor production cycles, part quality, material flow, and SPC charts
Start up machines after changeovers and verify parts meet specifications
Work with Operators, QC, and Engineers to resolve problems quickly
Prepare work requests for mold or machine repairs
Clean tie bars, conveyors, ways, and equipment to maintain quality
Perform proper shutdown of molding presses for weekends or maintenance
Support high-volume cap manufacturing in a fast-paced automated environment
3–5 years of manufacturing experience (plastics/injection molding preferred)
High school diploma or GED
Ability to troubleshoot molding equipment and process issues
Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine adjustments
