Are you a proven Quality Leader ready to take ownership of a plant-level transformation?
We’re seeking an experienced Plant Quality Manager to drive operational excellence and build a true Zero Defects culture within a complex, high-precision manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving change through influence, and improving product performance in a regulated, technically demanding setting.
Lead and develop a talented Quality team—coaching, mentoring, and holding accountability for results.
Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with industry and customer standards.
Implement metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
Direct all activities related to audits, inspections, and customer quality interactions.
Lead structured problem-solving processes such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and MSA to drive root-cause resolution and corrective actions.
Partner closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to embed a Zero Defects mindset in daily operations.
Ensure that all product documentation, inspection plans, and quality approvals are accurate and current.
Support internal and external laboratory testing and maintain required quality accreditations.
Represent the Voice of Quality to site leadership—building trust through data, communication, and results.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials, or a related technical field (or in progress).
5+ years of experience in quality management within a regulated or precision manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, defense, or similar).
Proven experience implementing or maintaining AS9100, AS13100, or IATF16949 quality systems.
Strong command of 8D problem solving, SPC, MSA, and FMEA methodologies.
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt or ASQ Quality Manager preferred).
Ability to drive culture change through collaboration—not compliance policing.
Confident, data-driven communicator capable of influencing across all organizational levels.
