Maintenance Technician
Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule)
Pay: $23–$32/hr

Job Duties:

• Operation of injection molding machinery and secondary processing equipment
• Complete repairs and preventive maintenance on items such as electrical and hydraulic motors, pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, and material handling systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
• Work with electrical panels, control systems, and PLC troubleshooting
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and motor controls
• Read and follow schematics, diagrams, and machine manuals
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support process improvement
• Maintain both production and facility systems
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints
• Experience with plastics, injection molding, or CNC equipment preferred
• Knowledge of chilled water or utility systems is a plus
