Electronic Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and interpret equipment issues during the troubleshooting process, ensuring timely and professional problem resolution.
- Utilize effective troubleshooting techniques to identify and address electrical and control system malfunctions.
- Test, repair, and maintain electronic/electrical equipment, circuits, and components efficiently.
- Perform calibrations and adjustments following approved standard procedures.
- Conduct functional testing of repaired boards and components to ensure proper operation.
- Operate and maintain various electronic test equipment, including digital multi-meters, VOMs, oscilloscopes, capacitance/inductance meters, meggers, amprobes, vacuum meters, and semiconductor testers.
- Update and maintain electrical/electronic schematics, documenting any changes.
- Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronic troubleshooting and repair required.
- Mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to handle technical equipment and tasks.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
