Process Technician II - Milwaukee, WI - 3rd Shift

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift (will train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks)
Pay: $25-$34/hour

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions for processing issues beyond the scope of standard technician capabilities.
• Evaluate current processing conditions and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering team to ensure proper documentation of process sheets and deviations.
• Assess molds, materials, presses, and auxiliary equipment to ensure process capability.
• Develop production procedures and training materials.
• Participate in audit preparation for internal and external assessments.
• Support compliance with quality and environmental certifications (e.g., TS16949, ISO14001, AS9100).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs and stand or walk for 12-hour shifts.
• Knowledge of SPC principles.
