Process Engineer

We’re seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing process development, quality improvements, and product transitions. This role partners closely with Operations, Development Engineering, and customers to ensure efficient production and strong product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop process plans, equipment settings, and in-process specifications.
• Support SPC documentation, training, and quality initiatives.
• Calculate product yields and track performance metrics.
• Assist with equipment and instrumentation selection.
• Participate in corrective actions, process reviews, and ISO-9001 documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling, testing, packaging, and traceability.

Requirements

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Ceramic Engineering.
• Experience with rotary calciners, kilns, or inorganic material processing
• Minimum of 3+ years of relative experience
