Job Description

Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician – West Warwick, RI – 2nd & 3rd Shift
• Shift: 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) or 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am), 
$30-$40/hr

Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across production lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and reliability checks to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC and HMI-related issues (Allen Bradley preferred).
• Interpret and follow electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Complete fabrication, welding, and general machine repairs independently.
• Enter maintenance activities accurately into the computerized maintenance system.
• Support all safety programs and follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
• Assist with facility maintenance, installations, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and ability to read ladder logic.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Associates degree or trade certification preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
