Pay: $35–$45/hour depending on experience and technical skill
Shifts:
2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, minimal overtime
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production and automation equipment
Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, sensors, drives, and control systems (up to 480 V)
Repair or replace bearings, pumps, cylinders, valves, and pneumatic components
Complete preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using CMMS software
Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
Operate lifts and other shop equipment safely and efficiently
Document all work performed and communicate effectively with team members across shifts
Degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred; military or trade school background a plus
Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), pneumatics, and general automation
Must be able to lift 70 lbs and navigate a large facility on foot or bike
Ability to work safely around high-voltage and automated systems (no pacemakers due to linear drives)
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
