Investment Liaison
Stone Bridge Personnel is seeking a highly qualified Investment Liaison for our client in Tyler, Tx.. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of client service and investment management, supporting advisors while building meaningful relationships with clients.
Position Overview
The Investment Liaison serves as a critical bridge between clients and Investment Advisors, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and Advisors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships
• Investment Support & Documentation
- Assist in preparing and delivering investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and financial reports
- Stay current on financial markets, investment trends, and regulatory changes that may impact clients
• Transaction Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with custodians, product providers, and internal teams to process investment transactions and resolve account issues
- Maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and firm policies
Required Qualifications
• Technical Knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, annuities, alternative investments, etc.) and financial planning concepts
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/65/66 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Professional Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation
