Inventory Control Associate
Stone Bridge Personnel – Fort Worth, TX

Stone Bridge Personnel, a local staffing agency, is hiring for an Inventory Control Associate for our manufacturing client here in Fort Worth, TX. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent counting accuracy, and good communication with the production and shipping teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily stock counts of both finished products and raw materials in the storage yard.

• Maintain accurate logs of inventory data based on daily stock counts.

• Monitor and manage inventory locations to maximize space usage.

• Plan for storage space needs in advance, based on production schedules.

• Spend approximately 80% of time on the floor conducting counts and planning storage, and 20% on data entry and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with the production team and shipping & receiving departments to ensure smooth stock management.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock counts.

• Entry-level computer skills required, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to stay organized and dependable in day-to-day responsibilities.

• Bilingual skills preferred: Mandarin strongly preferred, English/Spanish is also a plus.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Saturday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (with potential after-hours as needed).

• Starting pay: $16.00/hour (paid weekly).
