Logistics Coordinator (Spanish/English) – Steel/Metal Industry
Fort Worth, TX | $14.00 - $15.00 per hour | Paid Weekly

Stone Bridge Personnel, a local staffing agency in Fort Worth, is currently seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Logistics Coordinator for our valued Steel/Metal client. This is a full-time position with required overtime and excellent opportunity for growth.

Shift:

• Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:45pm
• Overtime REQUIRED

Pay:

$14.00 – $15.00 per hour (paid weekly)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipping operations within the steel/metal manufacturing facility
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with supervisors, team members, and vendors
• Assist with scheduling, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory/logistics records
• Support production workflow and ensure materials are processed and distributed efficiently
• Collaborate with management and provide updates on logistics needs and challenges
• Perform general administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work required overtime and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Some training will be provided
