Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:30am – 4:45pm (REQUIRED overtime)
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (paid weekly)

Job Description:

Stone Bridge Personnel is seeking a Mandarin/English Manufacturing Planner/Floater for our steel/metal client located in Fort Worth, TX. This unique role is split 50% office and 50% warehouse, requiring flexibility to handle both administrative planning tasks and hands-on production support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Some training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing processes.
• Work 50% in the office handling planning, scheduling, and reporting; and 50% in the warehouse supporting operations as needed.
• Serve as a bilingual liaison between Mandarin- and English-speaking team members.
• Provide support across multiple departments as a floater, filling in where needed.
• Track and monitor workflow, ensuring production deadlines are met.
• Assist in identifying and resolving production issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Support supervisors and team leads with daily operational tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (Required).
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment (50/50 split).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Monday – Saturday with mandatory overtime as required.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to move between departments as needed.
