Job Title: Construction Laborers – PVC Conduit Production
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Schedule may vary depending on customer demand)
Pay: $16.00 hrly 

Job Summary:
Stone Bridge Personnel is now hiring General Labor Workers for a client in Fort Worth that specializes in PVC conduit manufacturing. This is a full-time, outdoor position ideal for candidates who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing, bundling, and staging of PVC conduit materials
• Measure, cut, and sort PVC conduit according to customer specifications
• Operate basic machinery and tools used in conduit preparation (training provided)
• Inspect PVC conduit for defects, cracks, or non-conformance with quality standards
• Load/unload PVC conduit onto pallets, trucks, and racks using proper lifting techniques
• Apply markings or labels for size, type, or destination as required
• Assist in wrapping, strapping, or packaging materials for delivery or storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Follow all safety and PPE guidelines, especially when operating equipment
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall operations

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and humidity for extended periods
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
• Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs consistently throughout the day
• Previous experience with PVC conduit, pipe handling, or general industrial labor is a plus
• Willing to learn new processes and follow detailed instructions
• Steel-toe boots and appropriate workwear required
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on customer orders and production demand
