Job Description

We're seeking talented individuals to join our administrative team in the following roles:
Office Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
Manage office budget, supplies, and vendor relationships
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Serve as liaison between management and staff

Requirements:

3+ years of office management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executives and departments
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain filing systems
Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

1-2 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Call Center Representative
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
Provide information, resolve issues, and process requests
Document interactions in customer service database
Follow up on customer concerns until resolution
Meet performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Customer service experience preferred
Clear communication skills and professional phone manner
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
